Loulou's biography

Sandrine alias "Loulou" created this site so she could share her passion for jewelry making with you.
Loulou studied Jewelry Making at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, she has been creating jewelry pieces in various styles since 2002, she particularly loves the wire wrapped and wire crocheted techniques.
She uses a variety of metals such as artistic wires, aluminum, argentium sterling silver, gold and gold plated to develop unique pieces of jewelry for everybody. Loulou loves to combine wires with glass beads, Swarovski crystals, wood beads, leather, buttons, feathers, polymer clay elements, felt beads as well as porcelaine beads. She also uses the cold connection technique and creates mixed media jewelry items.
Loulou loves to travel so she can shop for jewelry findings all over the world.
Her approach for pricing her jewelry would be to set it at a modest price so she can purchase new materials to create new pieces.
Some of Loulou's creations are sold here on this website, others are sold at The Style Shop at the Fashion Institute of Technology which is located on 27th street between 7th & 8th avenues in Manhattan, (The Style Shop is in the lobby of the"A" building ).
